Tons Oddity cannot be held responsible for any duties or taxes imposed on your package once it leaves China. Please be aware of this, and safeguard against any un-calculated fees by contacting your local delivery providers for their regulations and tax procedures. Tons Oddity is NOT responsible for ANY Customs or Brokerage Fees and Taxes.
Countries We Ship To:
We currently ship to the following countries: Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Russia, Ukraine, United Kingdom (UK), Belarus, Canada, Chile, United Arab Emirates, United States (US), Paraguay, Peru, Turkey, Uruguay, and Uzbekistan.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification containing a tracking number and link. This will allow you to monitor the shipping status and estimate the delivery date.
Processing Time: Order processing times can vary. Please refer to individual product pages for specific details. Most orders are shipped within five business days. Orders placed on weekends are typically processed on the following Monday.
Customs & Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes.
Delayed or Lost Orders: A package is considered lost if it remains within the postal system for 15 business days (US orders) or 21 business days (international orders). We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier.
Changing Shipping Address: Address changes may be possible if you contact us within a few hours of placing your order. However, once order processing begins, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
